Club Triumph

This year’s event is scheduled to happen in just 9 weeks time at The Fox Inn, Roxby. We’ve gone an extra mile this year to add a few things to make the weekend even more enjoyable such as:

Gymcarna – on Sunday pit your driving skills against our challenging course, it’s MSA registered and will gain points for the Club Triumph drivers challenge 2019 if you are involved in that, if not an awful lot of fun.

Dogshow – Our four legged friends also have a challenge on Sunday at our own dogshow

Autojumble/craft fair – In the Marquee on Sunday spaces are free on a first come first served basis (just drop us an email, text or fb message)

By popular demand we have booked “Fizzy Fish” to entertain us on Saturday evening, and Abbie Johnson will be taking the stage on Friday evening.

Now the Plea ........

As I’ve said there is 9 weeks to go, we have booked marquee’s, toilets, showers, generator, bands etc all of whom require a substantial amount as deposit and payment in full before the event. We currently have nowhere near enough funds to match this so it’s imperative you book in as soon as possible.

Really speaking decision day is on the 8 week mark as that is only fair to our suppliers allowing them change to rehire their equipment etc elsewhere should we have to cancel. The organising committee have already put an enormous amount into this and it would be a crying shame to have to cancel. None of the committee are in a position to underwrite the event so the decision although a tough one will have to be made.

If you run your own business and would like to help by placing a small advert, putting up marketing material or even having a stall please get in touch, it’s not expensive and every little helps.
