Thinking my fuel tank may need a good clean out. Is there any method/system available to clean it with out removing it from the car? Or will I just have to get on and remove it?


I've a feeling I know what the answer will be... :(

I am afraid your feeling is correct  ::)
All methods I know depend on the tank being out of the car to get the cleaning products in every nook and cranny ...

Might take the sender unit out and try and have a look inside before I take it out

Always a good idea, but you'll need something with which you can look inside.
Small mirror and a strong small flash light, or something even more flashy  ;)
