please don't get too upset by this one.
I am fitting a TR7 engine into my toledo :o

Anyway, seems to be progressing slowly. And today I had a glance at the heater connections etc on the engine.

I have a connection out of the back of the head, one from the water pump (seems to be about 5/8 reducing to 1/2) and a connection on the rear of the inlet manifold.

I am assuming I need to connect two of these into a T with one going to the heater, and another one going straight to the heater. But which one goes where?
I get the feeling the head outlet wants to be connected to the water pump connection and a t off to the heater somewhere in the run. And the other heater hose to the inlet manifold. Or have I got that wrong?

Have to add that the TR7 heater is a constant flow type.

Hmm, I dont think the toledo heater is constant flow (if I understand that correctly) so I need to add a bypass hose.
What about the connection at the back of the inlet manifold (at the top)

what I am concerned about is getting a good flow through the head, and also the thermostat opening at the right time. I worry about these things!
