Beans - Haha thanks! I have to admit, I like the brighter colors too. In fact, if I could afford to, I would love to have the thing completely repainted in a nice, deep, metallic yellow. But, I'll probably leave it red. The paint is polishing out really nicely. Hooked up the stereo/cd-player last night (mainly because it was in there, but not hooked up). I don't plan on listening to the radio when I drive though... I drive this car because it's fun to drive and it sounds killer! :) ![]() Resto gallery: http://www.azprophotog.com/TRix7e/album/ |

I know what you mean :) In preparation for the 10CR last year I filled two USB sticks with enough music to last the full event. Hardly heard any of it, either switched of the radio or the car's noises drowned the music ;D ![]() 1976 TR7 FHC (currently undergoing some TLC ...) 1980 TR7 DHC (a.k.a. I have to say your car looks stunning, I also like the idea of the Toyota lifters, were they MR2? or Celica? and also what all did you use from the Toyota? |

That indeed looks like a lot of effort went into that car. Some well executed details. ![]() 1976 TR7 FHC (currently undergoing some TLC ...) 1980 TR7 DHC (a.k.a. Kermette, my first car bought in 1988 ) 1981 TR7 FHC (Sprint engined, a.k.a. 't Kreng) http://tr7beans.blogspot.com/ |
