Went to view another car this week

I know the locations of the commission number, engine number, gearbox number, and diff number
The body number is on the R/H Lower A-post section....So what is the number stamped on a plate next to the wiper motor?

possibly just the baulkhead ,    body numbers appear in a number of places , seems  they were not recorded
there are tub numbers for the rear , often stamped under the joining flange where you cant see it.

there are no bonnet numbers AFAIk

This stamped plate on the driver's side of the bulkhead is the main body number as far as I know - some other Triumphs I've seen have them near the commission number (VIN) plate on the other side. Some owners have traced their lost commission number from the body number on these little plates via the Heritage people so records must exist of them from the factory. Also a way of determining if a chassis matches the body... or the bulkhead, at least.
