Most towns or cities have radiator refurbing places somewhere - but many are dying out as modern car radiators are so cheap (£30 - £50 for your average hatch-back on ebay etc).

However, I've just had my 2000 radiator recored with extra cores in the original space, and then painted in black to original condition for £140 by a local company called J and J Radiators, the next cheapest quote I had was £170+Vat. if you try them say Jon Fallowell sent you, and hopefully they'll be able to give you a good price.
