Hi everyone, just quick note to say im now the proud owner of a 1966 vitesse, shes in a bit of a bad way after living for several years outside, she now joins my dolomite sprint in garage, pic to follow. im in the sussex area so if anyone local wants to get in touch feel free

Welcome to Torque - so, you have a Sprint as well, it's quite normal to have 2 (or more) Triumphs!

Are you a club member too?

Good luck with the Vitesse - is it a 6 or a Mk1 2litre, saloon or convertable?

Hi again, it's a vitesse 6 saloon, and will be looking out for many parts. most impotant a head for it or complete engine, any ideas?

Not really other than, of course, Canley Classics who are great for Herald/Vitesse stuff.

Another option is a wanted ad in the classifieds on the website - free if you are a member.

What are you planning for the Vitesse?

You can see a picture of mine and a bit of it's history on the "Your first Triumph" thread in the Dolomite/Toledo section.

At the moment it is on my drive under an outdoor cover while I concntrate resources on my TR7 but it has done 2 RBRs, a continental rally including a lap of the Nurburging and a few other events too.
